I have been designing digital products, leading cross-functional teams, and managing service delivery since 1999. My focus is helping teams build their digital capabilities and supporting organizations adapt their digital strategy to the emerging needs of customers.

At Carnegie Mellon University, I engage with people across the institution to refine digital capabilities, support effective decision-making, and connect them with IT subject matter experts. My efforts center on bringing clarity, frameworks, and momentum to digital transformation efforts that span departments and systems.

I also mentor at two university accelerator programs and advise early-stage AI and edTech startups to turn ideas into viable solutions.

Previously, I led product development at Cognistx, user experience at Skyword, and design-driven innovation at the UPMC Technology Development Center. I began my career at Buzzhoney, where I implemented click-and-mortar strategies.
