I'm a business architect. I help organizations make sense of complex situation and turn strategy into practical change. I work alongside subject matter experts and decision makers to connect business goals with people, processes, data, and technology to create a clearer path to where they want to be.

I also spend time with the startup community, where I get to help people who are figuring things out from the ground up. I judge venture competitions, coach accelerator teams, mentor founders from idea to MVP, and have been part of founding teams myself. My sweet spot is AdTech and EdTech, with experience spanning InsurTech, FinTech, and MedTech as well.
