I bring a structured, analytical approach to create and capture more value. Through capability models, value stream maps, and system models, I clarify the current state, surface and quantify opportunities, and define a practical path to deliver the future state.

I also support the full SDLC - from business process diagrams, logical data models, wireframes, and system flows through to providing test data, test cases, and user acceptance testing facilitation.
